As Enkay Moda under the Project of Blue Circle, we designed our newest Erzincan factory to be the most efficent and sustianable factory in Turkey with the combination of newest thecnologies in a most enviroment friendly way of production. Enkay Moda aims to be the leading facility in denim industry to be a role model for other manufacturers and increase the awareness of environmental sustainability issues. We have 4 major steps under the Project of Blue Circle.

-LESS ENERGY:

Enkay Moda Blue Circle Factory can generete 100% of the own renewable energy for the whole production processes by the solar system.

-LESS WATER:

Enkay Moda Blue Circle factory can re-use the 70% of the wastage water by the water recycling system. We all know that textile indusry is the second most water consuming industry after petrol, In denim industry the general water consuption is 120L per kilo garment. For example due to inditex’s Green to Wear regulations, a manufacturer consumes 93L per kilo qualify as a good supplyier and a manufacturer concumes 65L per kilo qualify as a perfect suppiler. , with our blue circle factory we wıll reduce the consuption rate to 45L per kilo.

-LESS CHEMICAL:

Enkay Moda Blue Circle factory minimalized the chemical amount by Otomatic Liquid Chemical Dosing and Dispensing sysem, which is is based on taking the right amount of chemicals needed for the manufacturing process and dispensing of these chemicals to the washing machine through a single line.

-LESS WASTAGE:

With all these new thecnologie invesments and the way of sustainable production, Enkay Moda Blue Circle factory aims to reduce its wastage rates to zero.

CARBON FOOTPRINT:

As we all aware of whole World is trying to reduce the carbon footprints in every industry. European Commission has published a Proposal for a Regulation on Ecodesign for Sustainable Products which will be implemented on future. As Enkay Moda, with our blue cirlcle factory investment, we are fully preapared and ready for a Blue World.
